How it works
Synco Development is a fully managed freelance marketplace. Every commission follows a structured, transparent process to protect both clients and freelancers.
For Clients
- 1
Submit your commission
Fill out our order form or open a ticket directly in our Discord. Tell us your project details, budget, and deadline.
- 2
Get matched with a freelancer
Our team reviews your request and matches you with a verified freelancer whose skills and availability fit your project.
- 3
Review & sign the contract
Both parties review the project scope. Once you both sign, the commission is officially locked in.
- 4
Fund escrow
Pay securely via PayPal or Stripe. Your funds are held in escrow and never released until you approve the final delivery.
- 5
Track progress
Communicate with your freelancer through your dedicated ticket channel. Request updates anytime.
- 6
Approve & release
Once you're satisfied with the work, approve delivery. Payment is released to the freelancer. You can request up to 2 revisions before final approval.
For Freelancers
- 1
Apply to join
Submit your application with your portfolio, experience, and service types. Our team reviews every application manually.
- 2
Get verified
Approved freelancers receive the Verified role and a public profile on the marketplace. Top performers earn Premium or Elite tier.
- 3
Receive commissions
Clients can find you through the freelancer directory or you'll be matched to relevant commissions by our team.
- 4
Complete the work
Deliver high-quality work through your ticket channel. Use milestones for larger projects to get paid incrementally.
- 5
Get paid
Once the client approves, funds are released from escrow to your PayPal or Stripe account with a short processing delay.
Protections built in
Escrow Protection
All payments are held in escrow from the moment the commission starts. Neither party can access the funds until delivery is approved — protecting clients from non-delivery and freelancers from non-payment.
Milestone Payments
For larger projects, both parties can agree to split payment into milestones. Funds are released progressively as each stage of the project is completed and approved.
Revision Policy
Every commission includes a set number of revisions (default: 2). If the delivered work doesn't match the agreed scope, the client can request changes before final approval.
Dispute Resolution
If a disagreement arises, either party can open a dispute. Our staff team mediates the case, reviews evidence, and makes a binding decision on fund distribution.
